Banking and Finance
- Advising on licensing of banks on the part of the National Bank of Bulgaria and elaboration of all relevant diocuments;
- Advising on transfers of majority stakes and obtaining the respective permits on the part of the National Bank of Bulgaria;
- Drafting of contracts, manuals and internal regulations and all kind of other legal documentation necessary for starting bank activity, including documents related to opening branches of foreign banks.
- Consultations on specific bank transactions and operations: letters of credit, bank guarantees, escrow agreements etc.;
- Consultations on facility agreements and security - mortgages, registered pledges, etc.;
- Regulatory procedures in relation to non-banking financial institutions;
- Legal representation at lawsuits related to banks and banking operations and transactions.
