Since 2007 the law firm has been assisting two real estate projects of Greek investors in Bulgaria – Anabelle Hills and Bluebell Hills. The projects envisage the construction of luxurious detached houses and apartments. They both will share common infrastructure and leisure facilities. The plot of each project consists of 13 000 square meters. Clients seeking sound investment in perfect construction, comfortable location and a diversity of sporting and leisure facilities will be among the potential buyers. The apartments’ surface area will vary from 45 square meters to 95 square meters.

Each project will consist of approximately 150 apartments with ergonomic efficiency aiming to protect owners’ intimacy and the unique view of each apartment. The facilities for each project will include an Olympic-size swimming pool, a pool bar, a restaurant, a reception and a lobby, landscape gardens and a children’s playground.
