Merger between BORICA and BANKSERVICE

Since the beginning of 2010 the law firm has been involved in the merger procedure between the Bulgarian bank card authorized operator BORICA and the payment system operator BANKSERVICE The new legal entity will be granted licences to develop and operate the payment system for clients transactions initiated by bank cards and the payment system for transfers of funds.
